Job summary

The Connection seeks a Senior Clinician for the Women’s REACH program in Middletown, CT. You will provide group, family and individual clinical services to women who are pregnant or parenting with substance use histories.

Responsibilities include case management, team collaboration, and community outreach. Moderate travel is required; travel to Roscommon office may be necessary. This is a full-time, first-shift role.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or related field required.
• Doctoral degree in Psychology is desirable (license-eligible path).

Responsibilities

• Provide group, family and individual clinical services for adults 18+ identifying as female and pregnant/parenting young children with active substance use concerns.
• Coordinate with medical, treatment, employment, housing, and educational linkages in the community.
• Provide case management, clinical support, and consult with Women’s REACH team; travel to serve clients in the community.

Education
