Job summary

The Connection in Middletown, CT is seeking a Women’s Recovery Navigator for the Women’s REACH program. This full-time role offers a $22.00/hour salary and a 40-hour, first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, in Middletown.

The navigator will provide outreach, advocacy and coaching to pregnant and parenting women in recovery, linking clients to community services and delivering culturally responsive care within Adult Services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must complete recovery-oriented training within 2 months of hire.
• Valid Connecticut driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach, engagement, education, advocacy, coaching and mentorship.
• Link clients to essential community services.
• Deliver services in a culturally responsive manner.
• Collaborate with Women’s REACH staff to support families and adults.
