Job summary

The Children\'s Home of Poughkeepsie is seeking a Senior Clinician to oversee clinical services for unaccompanied youth in care and to guide clinical policy and quality initiatives. The role includes supervising Case Aide tasks, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and ensuring timely and compliant reporting to stakeholders and Federal Field Specialists.

This on-site position requires a Master\'s degree in a behavioral science, NYS clinical licensure or eligibility, and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science field with clinical training and experience.
• Current clinical license or license-eligible in NYS.
• Strong management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical coverage to ensure continuity of services, including individual sessions and crisis interventions.
• Oversee Clinical Case Aide tasks and supervise Case Aide(s).
• Review assessments and incident reports for accuracy before submission to stakeholders.
