The Children's Home of Poughkeepsie is seeking a Lead Clinician to oversee clinical tasks and supervision in our UC Program. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality clinical documentation, coordinating services, and supporting clinicians across sessions with children and families.

Qualified candidates hold an MSW or related degree, NY licensure, and relevant supervision/leadership experience. The position is full-time, onsite in Poughkeepsie with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work or related behavioral science with clinician experience required.
• 2 years of post graduate related social work experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of clinical employment experience.
• New York State Clinical Licensure.
• New York State Driver’s License in good standing as determined by the Agency.
• Demonstrated excellence in supervision, management skills, and leadership qualities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all clinical tasks and conduct weekly supervision with Clinicians.
• Ensure case files are organized and saved electronically and on paper.
• Provide assistance for clinicians with individual, group, and family sessions.
