Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline plus 7+ years of global clinical research experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and global trial regulations.
• Ability to lead clinical trial operations and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring direct reports and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the operational execution of Phase I-IV clinical trials.
• Serve as Lead Clinical Trial Manager for assigned studies with timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee start-up, conduct, and close-out activities; manage budgets and vendor scopes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program strategy and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs; participate in inspections.
