Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to lead operational planning, execution, and oversight of phase I–IV trials across global programs. You will supervise cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, ensure ICH-GCP compliance, and mentor junior staff while partnering with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, and vendors.

Travel up to 20% is expected; base salary ranges from $136,600 to $171,900 with incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and a minimum of 7 years of global clinical research experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and global trial regulations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Phase I–IV trials with study timelines and operational strategy.
• Oversee vendor oversight, start-up, monitoring, and study close-out activities.
• Develop and manage study documents and budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Provide leadership to junior staff and collaborate with internal functions.
