Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline and 7+ years in clinical research or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and global clinical trial regulations.
• Experience leading clinical trial operations and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risk-based quality management.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the operational execution of Phase I-IV clinical trials.
• Serve as Lead Clinical Trial Manager for assigned studies.
• Develop study documents (TM plans, timelines, budgets).
• Oversee start-up, conduct, and close-out activities.
• Provide operational oversight of CROs and service providers.
• Monitor study metrics and risk-based quality management.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
