Regional One Health in Memphis is seeking a Research Nurse Coordinator to manage the implementation, daily operations, and compliance of multiple concurrent clinical trials.

Under the guidance of the Principal Investigator and Site Director, the RNC utilizes advanced clinical expertise to drive complex protocols from start-up through close-out, balancing direct patient care with data tracking and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee (or compact state) upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years clinical RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year coordinating study activities and conducting concurrent industry-sponsored trials.

Responsibilities

• Manage start-up, ongoing operations, and compliance of multiple trials.
• Serve as primary operational contact between sponsors, PI, and hospital departments.
• Coordinate regulatory, budget, and logistics for trial activities.
• Educate site staff on protocol requirements and training needs.
• Monitor patient safety data and ensure data integrity and regulatory adherence.
