Job summary

Baptist Health Memphis seeks a Research Coordinator, RN to coordinate the conduct of research protocols, ensuring integrity and adherence to Good Clinical Practice, federal and sponsor guidelines, and hospital policies. You will manage patient care, recruitment, data collection, and reporting, serving as a liaison with the IRB, sponsors, and investigators.

This role requires leadership in patient safety during consent discussions, management of trial activities, and a strong focus on ethical

Qualifications

• RN license required; BSN preferred.
• 2 years of Research or Clinical experience.
• 2 years of Oncology or Clinical Research Experience.
• Proficiency with EMR and Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates compliance with research protocols and GCP.
• Communicates with research team to support trials.
• Leads informed consent discussions ensuring patient understanding and safety.
• Manages patient activities in trials per protocol, assessments, and reporting.
• Ensures source data collection and documentation for trial integrity.
• Supports recruitment and diversity considerations.
• Maintains ethical practices and protects patient rights and data quality.
