Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I – RN to support daily execution of clinical trials across our network. You will coordinate patient visits, ensure protocol compliance, and maintain data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an active RN license and 1–2 years in clinical research, with a GI focus preferred. Strong communication, organization, and CTMS familiarity are essential as you collaborate with PIs, CROs, and site teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
• Solid nursing background with GI concentration preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CTMS platforms and office software.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Administratively and clinically manage industry-sponsored trials, ensuring protocol adherence.
• Schedule patient visits and procedures per protocol requirements.
• Ensure study data is entered into CTMS regularly.
• Maintain study documentation including consent forms and CRFs.
• Complete case report forms per FDA guidelines and verify against medical records.
• Schedule and prepare for monitor visits.
• Maintain inventory of study equipment and supplies onsite.
• Lead patient recruitment activities and obtain informed consent.
