Job summary

Regional One Health is seeking a Research Nurse Coordinator to manage multiple concurrent clinical trials within the Regional One Health Research Institute. The role works under the PI and Site Director to drive start-up, activation, and close-out activities, bridging sponsors, investigators, and hospital departments.

The RNC ensures regulatory compliance, patient safety, data integrity, and efficient trial operations across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• RN - Registered Nurse with state licensure required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience required.
• Minimum 1 year coordinating study activities and coordinating industry-sponsored trials required.

Responsibilities

• Research Start-Up, Logistics, & Sponsor Relationships: serve as primary contact between sponsor and site; manage communications and meetings.
• Clinical & Patient Care: screen patients, educate and obtain informed consent, administer study procedures and medications; monitor safety and data.
• Regulatory & Data Compliance: maintain regulatory binders; prepare IRB submissions; ensure adherence to GCP, IRB, and ROH policies.
