Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary account administrator for clinical research study accounts.
• Allocates, authorizes, monitors, and controls expenses on clinical research study accounts.
• Manages check and wire-transfer deposits and earnings invoicing for industry-funded trials.
• Maintains accounts receivable/payable data in OnCore CTMS and VETS.
• Prepares summaries of grants and effort allocations for Principal Investigators.
• Coordinates with departments on multi-investigator grants.
• Performs post-award activities including regulatory monitoring and grant closing.
