Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Supplies Associate to manage the logistics of clinical trial supplies in a fast-paced environment. You will perform batch reviews, coordinate shipments, maintain documentation, and support QA/QP release and IRT activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, 2+ years in CRO/pharma, strong GMP/ICH knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 10%. Excellent MS Office skills and independent working style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 2+ years of CRO/pharma/biotech experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and independent work style.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical supply inventory levels and risks.
• Support supply forecasting, metrics reporting, and tracking.
• Coordinate procurement of comparator drugs and supplies.
• Coordinate shipments, depot transfers, and site returns.
• Track delivery schedules and assist with excursions investigations.
• Maintain study documentation and eTMF records.
• Support QA/QP release and packing reconciliation processes.
• Assist with IRT activities including UAT and access management.
• Conduct product compatibility research and data maintenance.
• Manage clinical supply system records and document uploads in Veeva.
