Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company, seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Specialist (Contract) to support planning and execution of clinical studies from a home office in the US. The role collaborates with the Clinical Trial Manager to ensure site start-up through close-out in compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.

The position requires a BA/BS and 4+ years in biotech/pharma, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree required.
• 4+ years in biotech/pharma setting.
• Experience with clinical sites, investigators, CROs a plus.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support CTM and study team in day‑to‑day trial operations.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and materials; manage logistics.
• Track POs, invoices, site budgets, and payments.
• Monitor site metrics and milestones (SIVs, site activation, enrollment).
• Maintain study team tools, training records, and TMF alignment.
• Assist in TMF management and data cleaning ahead of database lock.
