Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Associate on behalf of a partner company listed in the United States. The role supports planning, execution, and closeout of regulated clinical studies with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with protocols and GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health profession, life science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of clinical trial experience with ongoing studies.
• GCP principles and FDA regulatory requirements knowledge.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Trial Managers with pre-trial activities including planning, protocol development, IRB submissions, and Trial Master File preparation.
• Coordinate with clinical sites on administrative documentation, study materials, training, and start-up requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and international regulations, GCP, and internal SOPs throughout investigations and post-market studies.
• Assist with communication with sites regarding conduct, monitoring, follow-up visits, and closeout activities.
• Track study-related payments and other administrative documentation.
• Provide operational support to ensure systems and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
