Job summary

Medix is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Trial Associate with mid-senior level clinical operations experience in Boston to manage startup tasks and cross-functional coordination in a fast-moving environment.

You will own the setup of study tools, trackers, and workflows, support planning and vendor oversight, draft key documents, and oversee EDC/ePRO builds and UAT to ensure activation readiness. The role requires autonomous work habits and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sponsor-side clinical trial experience (device experience preferred).
• Experience supporting decentralized or hybrid trials.
• Strong working knowledge of EDC, ePRO, and clinical data workflows.
• Solid understanding of GCP and 21 CFR Parts 11, 50, 56, and 812.
• Comfortable working autonomously with ownership.
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage operational complexity.

Responsibilities

• Drive toward study activation readiness by coordinating startup tasks across documentation, systems, and vendors.
• Own the setup of study tools, trackers, and operational workflows for a clean launch.
• Support clinical operations across study planning, execution, and vendor oversight.
• Draft and update key study documentation (e.g., manuals, project plans, monitoring tools, training materials).
• Oversee EDC and ePRO build and UAT; liaise with vendors as needed.
• Assist with data management tasks and ensure accuracy across systems and documents.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and operational readiness.
