Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or related field, plus at least 5 years in clinical data management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical data management best practices and technologies used in clinical trials.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and key study documents (protocols, SAPs, CRFs, study reports).
• Ability to independently oversee projects, manage priorities, and solve complex problems with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data management across multiple complex global projects from start-up through database lock and closeout.
• Develop key data management documentation (Data Management Plans, database specifications, edit check specifications).
• Oversee UAT, data cleaning, vendor reconciliation specs, and database lock activities to ensure timely study delivery.
• Allocate resources and monitor scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and performance metrics; escalate concerns as needed.
• Represent Data Management in meetings, providing technical input on progress and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Data Management leadership to resolve challenges.
