Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing Degree plus 2+ years in a Clinical Trial Manager/Operations lead role
• 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
• Ability to travel up to 25%; valid passport required
• Experience supporting Internal Medicine trials (IMID, Cardio Metabolic, Rare Disease)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support remote teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction to Clinical Research Associates and site management teams across the full study lifecycle
• Serve as the primary Site Management representative for clinical monitoring and site activities across assigned projects
• Act as sponsor-facing contact, building partnerships and ensuring effective communication during study execution
• Oversee monitoring deliverables to support study objectives, quality, and budget requirements
• Identify and manage out-of-scope activities while communicating potential impacts and solutions
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of clinical site management activities
• Provide leadership, guidance, and operational oversight to project teams to support high-quality study conduct
