Job summary

BioAge Labs is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager (or Senior Manager) to lead planning, execution, oversight, and delivery of clinical studies across Phase I to III. This is a fully remote role; candidates located in any continental US state are welcome.

Reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations, you will guide study start-up, enrollment, maintenance, closeout, and inspection readiness, manage budgets and timelines, oversee CROs and vendors, and ensure GCP/ICH compliance and data

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Health, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical operations or clinical trial management experience.
• At least 5 years of clinical research and development with independent trial management.
• Experience leading Phase I–III global/regional/multi-site trials.
• Experience managing CROs, vendors, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional study deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I–III studies of moderate to high complexity, including large regional and/or global trials.
• Provide senior clinical operations leadership across the study lifecycle, including start-up, enrollment, maintenance, and closeout.
• Drive execution of study plans, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, communication, monitoring, and vendor oversight plans.
• Serve as the primary operational lead for assigned studies and may lead workstreams within larger programs.
• Lead cross-functional study teams and coordinate with CROs, contractors, vendors, and sites.
• Oversee CRO and vendor performance, issue escalation, and deliverables accountability.
• Contribute to development and implementation of study budgets and timelines; ensure inspection readiness.
• Maintain TMF quality, data integrity, and timely status reporting across systems.
