Job summary

ADARx Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sr. Clinical Trial Manager to lead planning and conduct of one or more trials in line with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements. The role requires coordinating with CROs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget study execution.

You will manage trial plans, monitoring, data review, and site activities, with oversight of budgets, submissions, and TMF. Strong leadership and cross-time-zone collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life and health sciences.
• 8+ years managing Phase 1-3 clinical trials; Sr. 10+ years.
• Ability to work across global time zones (incl. EU, APAC).
• Experience in CRO/vendor management (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Support effective planning and conduct of one or more ADARx trials.
• Proactive management of studies and vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensure studies comply with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate and track CTMS/RTSM metrics; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain TMF and regulatory filings; ensure inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve study goals.
• Review trial budgets, site activations, and enrollment metrics.
• Oversee safety data, data listings, and interim/final reports.
