Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager for non-interventional studies. This remote-enabled role requires delivering clean data within contract timelines, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring trials meet quality, time, and cost targets.

You will develop monitoring plans, coordinate CRFs and MAP, participate in regulatory submissions, and provide regular status updates to project managers and clients. Review, mentor, and guide teams across regional trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 8+ years of relevant clinical trial experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor and train teams.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical operations and quality for allocated studies in accordance with ICH-GCP.
• Develop monitoring plans and MAP, ensure timely Master File content and readiness.
• Coordinate start-up activities and regulatory submissions as appropriate.
• Monitor timelines, resources, budgets and project metrics; provide status updates.
• Lead client meetings and ensure delivery within contract scope and profitability.
