Job summary

SAB Bio seeks a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee planning, implementation and management of clinical trials. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance across global studies.

Responsibilities include protocol development, TMF maintenance, site/vendor oversight, and effective communication with stakeholders. Travel up to 25% is expected, with preference for candidates in Central/Eastern Time Zones.

Qualifications

• BS degree in life sciences or related field.
• 6–8+ years of clinical trial management experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with global trial management and CRO oversight.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA, EMA, MHRA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of trial protocols and recruitment strategies.
• Oversee Trial Master File and inspection readiness.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor oversight across trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant study execution.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and coordinate meetings.
