Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Life Sciences or Project Management preferred; e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Research, or related field).
• Clinical trials experience is required.
• 3+ years of project management experience supporting clinical studies.
• Demonstrated experience managing global or multi-site clinical trials with budgets of $500K+.
• GCP, FDA, ICH guidelines knowledge.
• Clinical trial processes (Phase I–IV).
• Study start-up, site management, and close-out activities.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle clinical trial projects (start-up, conduct, close-out).
• Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, building consultative relationships.
• Drive study timelines, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate appropriately.
• Manage project scope, change orders, and financials including forecasting and margins.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and regulatory compliance.
• Lead client meetings, provide status updates, and present metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across studies.
