Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical trial management experience.
- Knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements and trial processes.
- Experience with CTMS and EDC systems.
- Excellent project management, leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage trial protocols, budgets and timelines.
- Oversee site selection, training and monitoring of investigators.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and SOPs.
- Manage vendors including CROs, labs and data management.
- Review study documents such as IBs, ICFs and monitoring reports.
- Track progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
