Job summary

Jade Biosciences is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to support the Director of Clinical Operations in planning and executing trials across APAC, LATAM, and other regions. You will coordinate activities with sites, CROs, and vendors, maintain plans and budgets, and elevate issues with actionable recommendations.

The role requires handling trials from first-in-human single site to global phase 3, with travel to team events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of related clinical trial management experience for Sr Clinical Trial Manager, 7+ years for Clinical Trial Manager.
• Experience managing Phase 1–3 trials; global experience preferred.
• Immunology or rare disease trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of assigned clinical trials with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee study budgets, timelines, risks, and documentation.
• Coordinate start-up, site activation, enrollment, monitoring, and close-out activities.
