Job summary

Jade Biosciences is seeking a Senior/Clinical Trial Manager to support the Director, Clinical Operations, coordinating day-to-day trial activities across cross-functional partners, sites, CROs and vendors. You will maintain study plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and key documents to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in compliance with GCP and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of trial management experience for Manager role, 10+ years for Sr role.
• Experience managing complex trials across Phase 1–3; global trials preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Experience managing CROs and clinical vendors including labs, RTSM, EDC, and related tech.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed study operational plans, timelines, enrollment projections, and tracking tools.
• Oversee vendor oversight activities, including deliverables, metrics, and scopes of work.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, and identify variances; escalate financial risks.
• Handle study risk/issue logs and drive mitigation and resolution actions.
• Coordinate input into protocols, monitoring plans, ICFs, investigator brochures, and study reports.
• Supervise start-up, site activation, enrollment, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Plan investigator meetings with Director guidance; ensure inspection readiness.
