Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in biological sciences with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Experience managing trials from start-up to close-out.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational aspects of assigned trials.
• Manage CRO/vendor relationships to meet budgets, timelines, and protocol.
• Lead study team, monitors, and sites through lifecycle.
• Track trial progress and update stakeholders on status.
• Monitor enrollment and address recruitment challenges.
• Manage study budget, forecasting, accruals, and vendor payments.
• Draft and coordinate review of protocols, CRFs, monitoring plans, and study reports.
• Prepare for and support regulatory audits and inspections.
• Flag risks early and propose solutions.
• Represent Clinical Operations at project team meetings.
