Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to own assigned trials from start-up through close-out, with the autonomy to make daily calls and support from an experienced team.

You will manage day-to-day CRO/vendor relationships, build strong site investigator partnerships, monitor enrollment, and oversee budgets, forecasting, and data deliverables. The role involves contributing to regulatory audits and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Fluently capable of managing trials from start-up to close-out.
• Experience leading CRO/vendor relationships and study teams.
• Knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH/GCP guidelines and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, information gaps, and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational aspects of assigned clinical trials from startup to close-out.
• Lead study team, vendors, monitors, and clinical sites throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day CRO/vendor relationships to meet budgets, timelines, and protocol.
• Build relationships with site investigators and study coordinators.
• Track trial progress and update stakeholders on status.
• Monitor enrollment and address recruitment challenges as they arise.
• Manage study budget, forecasting, accruals, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with Data Management on CRF content and data deliverables.
• Draft protocols, informed consents, CRFs, monitoring plans, and reports.
• Prepare for regulatory audits and inspections; flag risks early and propose solutions.
• Represent Clinical Operations at project team meetings.
