Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Liaison Manager (CTL-M) to lead day-to-day CTL operations across the Americas. You will manage field CTLs, collaborate with regional leaders, and guide investigators and sites to meet cost, quality, and speed targets.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, oversee performance metrics, and support study feasibility, site selection, and patient recruitment while maintaining regulatory standards and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s/Ph.D./PharmD. degree preferred for this scientific and clinical role.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry and/or CRO experience in clinical trial operations, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Extensive experience in global clinical trial operations required, with a track record of managing and developing field-based teams.
• Extensive scientific knowledge and understanding of the clinical development process (ICH GCP and regional regulatory requirements).
• Excellent communicator of technical and scientific information.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day line management and performance oversight of assigned CTLs, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Oversee CTL activities and workload planning; contribute to resource planning and capacity recommendations.
• Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues to the Regional Head.
• Ensure CTL execution of study deliverables including site identification and patient recruitment.
• Identify process improvements and advocate for the CTL role with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with investigators and external scientific community.
