Job summary

Bicara Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee multiple trials across regions, partnering with cross-functional teams, sites, and CROs to ensure high-quality, compliant execution. You will drive vendor oversight, risk management, and study performance in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The role requires experience managing global trials, oncology programs, and strong leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years' clinical trial management in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Global trial experience across geographies.
• Phase 2/3 experience and oncology preferred.
• Strong project planning, CRO/vendor oversight.
• Regulatory knowledge and quality standards.
• Virtual/remote team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-touch, patient-centered clinical trials with adaptive designs to support registration.
• Ensure trial deliverables meet timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with external partners for efficiency and relationship management.
• Identify and manage trial risks and challenges proactively.
• Oversee study activities including site identification, enrollment, supply planning, and budgeting.
• Monitor CRO/vendor performance and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain study documents and data monitoring.
• Lead teams and oversee CROs to meet quality metrics.
• Manage CRO oversight activities and sponsor oversight visits.
• Author regulatory sections and safety updates.
• May manage a team of CTAs including hiring and development.
