Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health, biologic science or related field.
• 8+ years clinical study management experience, including 5+ years as lead/PM.
• Experience managing contracted resources/CROs.
• Experience in phase 1–4 trials; oncology preferred.
• Site monitoring and clinical data review experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of GCP and current US/EU/UK regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day trial execution from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate CROs and external vendors to meet milestones and budget.
• Ensure protocol and regulatory compliance across sites and studies.
• Lead study team meetings and maintain trackers, action items and logs.
• Support site and vendor documents, budgets and contracts as needed.
• Maintain and review Trial Master File and QA activities.
