Climb Bio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Phase 1–3 studies, with initial focus on Phase 1/2 execution. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations and supports scalable clinical operations processes.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of independent trial management, strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements, and excellent communication. This position offers a remote or hybrid model based out of Wellesley, MA, with travel ~20%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years independently managing Phases 1–3 trials.
• 2+ years in a small biotech building and scaling processes.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP, regulations and trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end trial execution and study-level operations.
• Own study-level risk assessment, alignment, and inspection readiness.
• Manage CROs and vendors for quality, timelines and budget.
• Prepare timely trial status reports for leadership.
• Support startup and ongoing management in GCP/SOPs.
