Job summary

This role collaborates with clinical leaders to identify learning needs and develop standardized materials to support best practices and quality outcomes. You will facilitate both large and small group trainings, provide onboarding education for new staff, and maintain training resources across ambulatory

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience required; outpatient or ambulatory care experience strongly preferred.
• Epic or other electronic health record (EHR) experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively present and facilitate training sessions for groups of 25 or more participants.

Responsibilities

• Assess educational needs of staff and learners.
• Develop and evaluate standardized clinical training programs.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new staff.
• Provide classroom, virtual, and hands-on clinical instruction.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and audits.
• Collaborate with Quality and Population Health teams on education initiatives.
