Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in MA preferred; LPN acceptable.
• 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or staff development experience preferred.
• Epic or other EHR experience preferred.
• Ability to present and facilitate training for groups of 25+ participants.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate standardized clinical training programs for staff.
• Provide onboarding education for new clinical staff.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding for newly hired staff.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance through training.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development across ambulatory sites.
