Job summary

One Family Illinois is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Clinical Therapy team across all villages and community-based services. The role emphasizes supervision, program development, and ensuring high-quality behavioral health services to clients.

The position requires an MSW (or equivalent) with LCSW licensure in Illinois and supervisory experience, plus certification in IM-CANS or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work or relevant Master’s Degree; minimum 3 years in clinical practice; supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensed in Illinois as an LCSW.
• Certified in IM-CANS or able to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass DCFS background check.
• Ability to work with DCFS, courts, and other social service systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of clients and staff.
• Discretion with confidential materials.
• Meet minimum standards for mental health professional as defined by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, oversee, and direct the Clinical Therapy team across villages and community services.
• Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure quality services and monitor subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, DCFS, and accreditation standards; manage clinical documentation quality.
• Lead collaboration with Village leadership, case management, and Foster Parents for seamless service delivery.
• Supervise staff through weekly supervision, onboarding, interviewing, and evaluations with the Director of Behavioral Health.
• Oversee clinical internship programs; supervise and evaluate Master level interns and placement processes.
• Develop and monitor program goals, budgets, and reporting requirements.
