Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling (MA), MSW, MFT; LCSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A or LICSW preferred.
• Eligibility for "Qualified Mental Health Professional" status.
• Eligibility for child & family competency; at least 2 years' experience in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provides Screening Evaluation on the Telephone and Face to Face.
• Conducts biopsychosocial assessments in agency facilities, community locations, and homes.
• Completes crisis assessments within required timelines and coordinates with family, police, physicians and treatment providers as needed.
• Recommends stabilization plans and least restrictive options; facilitates involuntary/voluntary hospitalizations when needed.
• Provides emergency case management until clients are out of crisis and coordinates referrals.
