Job summary

Brightli seeks an experienced program leadership professional to provide clinical oversight across behavioral health services. The role involves supervising teams, coordinating care with external agencies, and ensuring services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a related field with several years of supervisory experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or related field with 3+ years in behavioral health and 1 year supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in behavioral health and 2 years supervisory experience
• Qualified Addiction Professional certification or equivalent credential

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and supervision to assigned team members and conduct weekly supervision records and training plans
• Develop and monitor program QM measures and quarterly fiscal projections
• Oversee service delivery to ensure appropriate frequency and clinical justification of services
• Coordinate with outside agencies to provide comprehensive client/patient services
• Ensure policy adherence and crisis response reporting
• Assist leadership with quarterly reports and QM indicators

Education
