MSD seeks a Clinical Systems Implementation Team Lead to oversee validation, implementation and adoption of trial-related applications. You will manage a team, partner broadly, ensure audits are ready and drive SDLC compliance. The role spans North Wales, PA and Rahway, NJ with hybrid work options.

You will guide vendors, lead change plans, and shape the technology roadmap while ensuring data governance and quality across systems like CTMS, eTMF and EDC.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of drug development, safety, trials and data management.
• Ability to quickly become SME in new business areas as needed.
• Experience with clinical systems validation and implementation.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC compliance and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional SMEs to assess business needs and identify solutions.
• Monitor technology trends and map capabilities to requirements.
• Create business cases for innovation opportunities and pilot implementations.
• Collaborate with user experience teams and gather user feedback.
• Develop technology roadmaps with sponsors and manage KPIs.
• Provide team leadership, training and resource planning.
