Ascendis Pharma A/S is seeking a Clinical Systems Specialist based in Princeton, NJ, to support clinical IT systems used by trial staff. You will act as a first point of contact, collaborate with product teams, and guide users through training materials to ensure efficient system use.

The role emphasizes agile, cross-cultural collaboration within Global IT, with a focus on problem discovery, root-cause analysis, and ongoing improvement across eTMF, CTMS, IRT, eCOA, SCE, and related SaaS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in pharma/biotech IT support or configurator role.
• GxP regulated IT systems experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting SaaS systems.
• Experience identifying and documenting user requirements in a team.
• Agile environment experience and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on configurations and related documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for system or user-driven issues in clinical IT.
• Collaborate with clinical product teams to provide short-term fixes and root cause analysis.
• Guide and interpret training materials to help end-users operate efficiently.
• Proactively reach out to key users to identify usage patterns and potential issues.
• Create structure of issues and patterns to enable insights for product teams and leadership.
