Seattle Children’s is seeking a senior clinical systems analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and team members across assessment, design, build, testing, training and implementation of clinical applications. This role also provides ongoing support for clinical systems and mentors colleagues across projects.

Epic certification is required within six months of employment, with Beaker and data integration experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination with technical competence.
• Minimum of five years with experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and systems.
• Proven project management skills, tools and methodologies.
• Experience leading committees, projects and activities.
• Ability to apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline.
• Epic Certification required (within 6 months, including 2 test retakes).

Responsabilités

• Identify and resolve issues with stakeholders, end users, and team members across all phases of system development (assessment to implementation).
• Provide ongoing support for clinical application systems to support project operations.
• Mentor junior clinical systems analysts and potentially direct work of other staff or contractors.
