Job summary

Children's Institute seeks a senior leader to oversee clinical and administrative supervision, ensuring services meet high standards and legal and licensing requirements. You will guide assigned staff to document care and support client outcomes.

This role directs up to 10 staff, requires a master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or related field, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Extensive travel (>50%) and bilingual Spanish/English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 3 years of managerial supervisory experience.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, child development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages quality and effectiveness of service delivery through regular supervision/monitoring of client care documentation.
• Ensures timely, high-quality documentation in accordance with agency requirements.
• Provides guidance to staff to deliver clinically appropriate, culturally respectful care.
