Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Drug & Alcohol Program to lead clinical staff and ensure high-quality client care. The role requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health, PA licensure, and at least two years post-graduate experience with supervision.

You will mentor staff, oversee risk management, and collaborate with program leadership to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in behavioral health.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Active Pennsylvania clinical licensure (LPC/LSW/LCSW/LMFT or related) preferred.
• Experience in substance use disorder or drug/alcohol treatment settings.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI, Medicaid/Medicare eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, consultation, and support to program staff.
• Mentor and develop team members to promote high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff on policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and program standards.
• Partner with Program Coordinator to support employee development and performance evaluation.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff, guiding challenging situations and crises.
• Monitor program outcomes and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide direct client services as needed to support program operations.
• Complete timely documentation and authorizations per agency and payer requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.
• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and continuing education.
