Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• Two years post-degree experience in behavioral health, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensure as LPC, LCSW, CADC or CAADC is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine, quality clinical supervision and consultation to program staff.
• Orient new program staff to agency policies, SOPs, and licensure requirements.
• Provide feedback to the program Coordinator on service quality during evaluations.
• Complete required training per Professional Development Plan.
• Maintain licensure and certification in designated state(s).
• Deliver quality clinical service and ensure compliance with licensure standards.
• Support program in maintaining licensure compliance.
• Provide clinical training to staff per Program Coordinator.
• Oversee client outcome data and propose corrective actions.
• Provide authorized client services and documentation for re-authorizations.
• Ensure services align with recovery principles and cultural competence.
• Provide crisis assessment and support for direct service staff.
• Collaborate on-site with designated educational support staff.
