Job summary

Sunrise Detox is a premier drug and alcohol detox center providing comprehensive nursing supervision to ensure safe, compassionate patient care. The Nursing Supervisor oversees all nursing services for each patient and coordinates with other departments to ensure cohesive care plans and delivery.

The role requires an RN license and at least 2 years’ experience as a Nursing Supervisor, with detox experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state license.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Nursing Supervisor.
• Working knowledge of Substance Abuse and Dual Diagnosis; detox experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing services for each patient.
• Monitor and evaluate care plans; ensure timely delivery of care.
• Maintain and improve the quality of patient care.
• Coordinate with other departments to align care plans.
• Develop and evaluate nursing unit personnel and schedules.
