Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacist experience in customer relationship management or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Knowledge of PBM system technology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to partner across business units to improve member and provider experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional efforts to deliver customer-focused PBM solutions.
• Translate complex processes into practical strategies for clients.
• Apply clinical expertise to influence strategy, data analysis, and project work.
• Lead issue resolution, escalations, and corrective action plans.
• Communicate the value of the partnership and drive continuous improvement.
• Support new technology implementations with clinical intent.
