Highmark Inc. seeks a seasoned clinical operations leader to head a team of licensed social workers delivering case management for a defined member panel. You will drive clinical quality, regulatory compliance, workforce development and business performance in a multi-disciplinary setting.

You will ensure staffing, training, performance coaching and timely member outreach while advancing engagement, outcomes and cost targets in a complex health plan environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of health-related clinical work experience
• 3 years' management, supervisory, team lead and/or project leadership experience
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW), LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or current RN/licensure as applicable

• Hire, coach and develop staff; manage performance and productivity
• Oversee day-to-day operations; monitor budgets and policies
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure adherence to evidence-based social work practices
