Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced health care leader to oversee a team of licensed clinical professionals delivering social work case management across a defined member panel. You will drive clinical quality, outcomes, regulatory compliance, and workforce development while coordinating with enterprise initiatives.

The role requires staffing, scheduling and performance management to achieve engagement targets and favorable clinical and financial results.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of health-related clinical work experience.
At least 3 years of management, supervisory, or project leadership experience.
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or clinical licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or RN per state; eNLC preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of licensed clinical professionals delivering social work case management.
Ensure clinical quality, member outcomes, regulatory compliance, and workforce development.
Staffing, scheduling, and performance management to meet engagement targets.
Provide clinical leadership and oversight per evidence-based practices.
Monitor metrics and drive continual service improvements across departments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align with enterprise initiatives.
Identify cost savings opportunities and participate in audits and reviews.
