Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration, OR 10 years of progressive outpatient experience.
• Minimum of five years supervisory/management experience of clinical care teams in an outpatient setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs business and strategic activities for the Clinical Services department.
• Assists in budget development, data collection and reporting.
• Oversees department technology initiatives and clinical equipment/software.
• Plans, directs, and evaluates patient care delivery models.
• Monitors billing accuracy, coding and charge capture to maximize revenue.
• Ensures compliance and liaises with internal/external stakeholders.
