Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Scientist to lead or support complex studies, ensuring scientific execution of protocols and effective medical monitoring. You will serve as clinical POC for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to trial design and endpoint development with the CD team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a lead CS in phase I–IV trials, oncology TA experience, and strong data review/communication skills, with proficiency in MM activities and regulatory

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7+ years in pharmaceutical/clinical development or MS/PhD with 5+ years.
• Minimum 2 years as a lead CS in phase I-IV trials.
• Experience in medical monitoring and data review.
• Oncology TA experience.
• Degree in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Medical Monitoring (MM) team and develops the Medical Monitoring Plan (MMP) and reviews SAE reports.
• Acts as the clinical lead for protocol execution and design in collaboration with Clinical Development (CD).
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and safety reporting in trials.
