Job summary

PAREXEL is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to lead or support clinical studies, ensuring the clinical and scientific execution of the protocol across trials. You will act as the scientific lead on the Clinical Trial Team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires experience in medical monitoring, protocol development, and collaboration with medical writing to support CSRs and publications.

Qualifications

7+ years in pharmaceutical/clinical development with BS/BA or 5+ years with MS/PhD.
Minimum 2 years as a lead CS in phase I–IV trials.
Minimum 2 years medical monitoring experience.
TA-specific experience in Oncology preferred.
Life sciences degree at minimum Bachelor level.

Responsibilities

Lead or support studies; accountable for clinical/scientific execution of the protocol.
Serve as Clinical point of contact for scientific issues for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead Medical Monitoring team and develop the Medical Monitoring Plan (MMP).
Coordinate trial design, endpoints and data management inputs with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with medical writing on CSRs and trial publications.
Ensure Parexel standards, ICH-GCP compliance and regulatory readiness.
